Shalom Singers
For grades 7 thru 12. The youth rehearse on Sunday at 5:00 PM in the Sanctuary. They usually perform once a month for the 10:45 service.

YUM
All youth in grades 7-12 are invited to join in Y.U.M. (Youth United Meal) at 5:30 PM. This meal is prepared by parents and served in the Social Hall. Youth are asked to donate $2 to cover costs.

Youth Group Discussion Topics
We divide our youth into two groups: the Chi Rho group which is made up of seventh and eighth grade and the CYF (Christian Youth Fellowship) group which is made up of ninth through 12th grade. Our goal is to make sure that the dicussion topics are age-appropriate and relative to their lives. We study how our faith impacts a variety of issues like friendship, parental relationships, dating, managing emotions, dealing with crises, world issues like racism, hunger, poverty and war. We also talk money issues, prayer, peer pressure and leadership.

Clown Ministry
Our Clown Ministry has been a very important part of our community outreach program. The Clowns perform for worship and special events. During their meeting time, they learn how to apply make-up, rehearse skits, and have a great time.

Sunday Mornings

Bible Study 10:00 AM

Most youth have learned and studied Bible stories and scripture through their childhood. We try to apply these teachings to everyday life. We often take passages from the Bible and try to apply it to a teenager's life. Bible trivia is a favorite pastime in these classes.
