Music Ministry

We know you will find your experience in the Music Ministry at Lee's Summit Christian Church to be rewarding, challenging, fun and growth-producing in many ways. Every believer needs to have the opportunity to minister and be ministered to. The Music Ministry provides opportunities for both. Chancel Choir

Our adult choir rehearses each Wednesday evening from 7:30 to 8:30 in the sanctuary. This ensemble provides vocal support to the congregation and an anthem for the 10:45 service each Sunday. During the Christmas and Easter seasons, the Chancel Choir provides special music.

Handbell Muses

This ensemble rehearses each Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 7:30 in the sanctuary. The bells play each month for the 8:15 service each fourth Sunday and the 10:45 service each second Sunday.

Shalom Singers

Our Youth Choir consists of seventh graders to high school seniors and rehearses each Sunday evening at 5:00. They sing for the 10:45 service each month.

Bethany Choir

This choir of third to sixth graders is directed by Roxanne Martin. These young people sing for the 10:45 service once a month and rehearse on Sunday evenings from 5:00 to 5:40 pm.

Cherub Choir

This group of young people from ages four to second grade sings once each month for the 10:45 service and rehearses on Sunday evenings from 6:00 to 6:30 pm.

Sunday Worship Services:
